I have been involved in the electrical industry for the past 20 years, before starting SMEM my background was Contracting and Project Management.
I met Mick when we were 1st year apprentices at TAFE and we have maintained contact throughout the years crossing paths constantly in our working lives in various capacities.
Being able to spend quality time with my wife and 3 children is the reason why I wanted to create a workspace where not only I enjoy coming to work but the team also enjoy coming to work and are able to get the opportunities to spend more time with friends and family.
